The Emerald Package includes an introduction to breathwork, a 10-minute guided grounding meditation, a 30-minute guided breathwork session, a 20-minute sound bath, and a post-session consultation. The Ruby Package builds upon the Emerald offering, with added introduction to alchemy, plant spagyrics to assist your breathwork journey, a longer 15-minute guided grounding meditation, a 45-minute guided breathwork session, a 30-minute sound frequency healing session, and fresh cold-pressed organic juice. Our premium Sapphire Package offers everything in the Ruby package, but with Tier 2 spagyrics, an extended 30-minute meditation, a one-hour customized breathwork session, a 45-minute sound frequency healing session, and a post-session consultation.

Sound frequency healing, also known as sound therapy or a sound bath, is a holistic practice that utilizes the power of sound vibrations to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is based on the fact that specific frequencies and tones have the ability to positively influence our bodies and energy systems, facilitating healing and restoring balance.
Sound frequency healing draws inspiration from ancient traditions that recognized the therapeutic effects of sound, such as chanting, drumming, and the use of musical instruments. In our sessions, it often involves the use of various instruments, including but not limited to alchemy singing bowls, shamanic drumming, chimes, tuning forks, gongs, flutes, didgeridoo, etc.
The fundamental principle behind sound frequency healing is that every part of our body, including organs, cells, and tissues, has its own natural resonant frequency. When these parts are in a state of illness or imbalance, their frequencies may be disrupted. Sound therapy aims to restore harmony by introducing specific frequencies that resonate with the affected areas, helping to realign and recalibrate their vibrations.
During a sound frequency healing session, the practitioner creates and directs specific sound vibrations toward the recipient. The vibrations emitted by the instruments or vocal tones interact with the body, influencing the recipient's energy field, cellular activity, brainwaves, and overall state of consciousness.

Vibration and frequency are closely related concepts that are fundamental to understanding the nature of waves and oscillations, including sound waves. Let's explore each concept individually. Vibration refers to the rapid back-and-forth movement of an object or a medium. Everything in the universe is in a state of constant vibration, from the atoms and molecules that make up matter to the waves that permeate space. vibration creates oscillations or cycles, which can be measured in terms of frequency.
Frequency is a measure of how often a vibration or wave oscillates per unit of time. It is typically measured in hertz (Hz), which represents the number of cycles per second. Higher frequencies indicate a faster oscillation rate, while lower frequencies indicate a slower rate. In the context of sound, frequency determines the pitch or perceived "highness" or "lowness" of a sound.
This also applies to light frequencies, when you consider the light spectrum you'll notice the lower frequencies (where the wave oscillates at a smoother more drawn out wave) is in the red, orange, and yellow zone and increase in frequency as it moves up the color spectrum to the indigo and violet colors. If you are familiar with chakra energy centers and their color correlation then you can begin to connect the dots here. Sounds ringing on a lower frequency have an effect on the root chakra, whereas high-frequency sounds have an effect on the crown chakra. This is why some may describe being able to see colors when experiencing a sound bath. If one wants to understand the mechanics of the universe, the first step is to think in terms of vibration and frequency, realizing that everything, including solids, is energy.
